“It Is In God’s Plan!”
What we eventually become is oftentimes the result of holding on to our childhood divinely inspired dreams. Dream it and you become it!
However, it is not just about holding on to the dream, but believing in it and the source of the dream. What God says will be, will be!
The pathway through this journey of life before arriving at your dream point is not smooth sailing. It is like a boat in a stormy sea with high and threatening waves. But with (God) Christ in the boat you just have to smile at the storm.
Jealousy, envy and hatred from family members, neighbours, friends and foes may be great hindrances as you thread this highway to the fulfilment of your dreams. Don’t give up! Hold on to the dream!
Consider all stumbling blocks to be your springboards. Those who stand against you and spend their energy pulling you down will one day bow down before you, full of guilt begging for your forgiveness.
When this happens, just remember that both you and them are mere tools in God’s hands. At such moments make them see that all along it was God and not you.
Assure those that come, “Don’t be afraid. Am I in the place of God? You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. So then, don’t be afraid. I will provide for you and your children”(Gen.50:15-21).
Yes, my friend, always have a forgiving heart. Trust in the Lord always. Bear no hatred against those who cause you pain and hardship; it is all in the plan of God, just so that he can use you for the benefit of humanity.
Remember that “…in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose”(Rom.8:28).
Prayer: Lord help me forgive those who intend to harm me because you intend it for good, the saving of many lives. Amen!
