“Be Each Other’s Keeper!”
“…I kneel before the Father…I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith…”
The craze for material wellbeing, the blind ambition for power and positions and the urge to be mundane in judgment repels the Holy Spirit from within us.
The prayers of others enables us to be rooted in love, and to have combined power with all the saints. Without love none of us can be able “to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses all knowledge…” Only through this that we can “be filled to the measure of all the fulness of God.”
Pray for others, be rooted and established in love. When your adversaries give you hot water to drink, give them cold one when they are thirsty. The prayer of a vengeful and vindictive heart does not travel beyond the place where it was made!
Learn to have your peace amidst the wild storms of life. To God alone “belong the glory in his church and in Jesus Christ throughout all generations…”(Eph. 3:14-22).
My friend, pray for me as I pray for you, and only then shall we know the love of God and the meaning of inner peace!
Prayer: Lord, help me to think less of myself and more of others so that your love through Christ may be manifested in our midst. Amen!
