“Arise And Shine…!”
Four more days and the year 2020 will be history. This year will enter the world book of fame as the year our generation faced the greatest health challenge – the COVID-19 pandemic that has caused the world to go topsy turvy!
Even so, we can still be confident to say the bottle was half full; it was not half empty! Life treats us depending on our perceptions. Whatever the challenges were, they gave us new insights and broadened our horizons.
My friend, as the year draws to a close, count your blessings, name them one by one and it will surprise you what the Lord has done for you and your loved ones this year.
Taste and see how good the Lord has been! The world around you may have been covered in darkness and thick darkness over the peoples, “but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.”
Therefore, stay positive! “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you” (Is.60:1-7). Jesus Christ your light is here! Give God the glory for being among the living. Praise him even for the setbacks and the dissappointments because they were great lessons of life for your future good.
Sunday prayer: Thank you Lord for your immeasurable and inestimable favour and grace upon my life in this year 2020. Amen!
Have a blessed day! Peace be with you!
