“Always Offer God A Sacrifice Of Praise!”
Jesus bore the shame because of us. We should not feel ashamed when we are shamed because we copy his example. It is needless to avoid the shame by conforming to secular norms. No matter whatever we do to avoid the shame of owning up to Jesus Christ because we want to please the world, “we do not have an enduring city, but we are looking for the city that is to come.”
“Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise – the fruit of lips that confess his name. And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased”(Heb.13:12-16).
My friend, the earliest New Testament creed was the simple phrase “Jesus is Lord.” Do not be tired of praising God through Jesus Christ. Do good and share with others. God is pleased with such sacrifices of praise. He is pleased when you do good and when you share with others.
