“The Lord Alone Is Worthy Of Our Praise And Worship!”
John the Revelator was able to see what happens in the heavenly realm. There are no stressful engagements in heaven except praise and worship.
Day and night are hymns like, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.” The power and holiness of God extends from eternity past to eternity yet to come.
Praise and worship is the only vocation in heaven. The same way the one who sits on the throne and lives forever is worshipped in heaven is the same we should do on earth.
Yes, the Lord our God is worthy to receive glory and honour and power for he created all things and by his will all of them have their being (Rev.4:1-11).
Just look around you. Have you seen the wonders of his grace? Surely it is the Lord’s doing and it is marvellous to our sights. Awesome God, even when we sleep, the more your glory is revealed. How great thou art!
May our worship and praise be directed only to him who sits on the throne and lives forever!
Weekend prayer: Lord our God, we praise and worship you. You alone are worthy to receive glory and honour and power. Amen!
Have a blessed and glorious weekend! Peace be with you!
