“God’s Best For You Is About To Come!”
After keenly watching hens foraging for food for their chicks the wise coined this. “The hen told its chicks, ‘My chicks, as I scatter the ground looking for insects and other foods I do not look back. I concentrate on what is ahead because I know better things lie ahead. What is past is past and gone, but what lies ahead is better.'”
The bitter experiences of the past should not weigh you down. Hope means being positively confident of an unknown future. Failing in one venture does not make you a failure. It may just be that it wasn’t the right thing to do, or it was the right thing which you did not do rightly.
As the saying goes, “failure teaches success.” When you fall and get up, look for a walking staff and watch your steps more carefully. But then “keep on keeping on” because “you never fail until you have stopped trying!”
One thing very needful: Do not walk alone! Do not depend on your strength and ability. It is not you doing it; it is the Lord doing it for you and through you.”
The Lord says, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!…I am making a way in the desert”(Is.43:16-19). Trust in the Lord and he will make a way for you where there seems to be none. Move on in faith and trust. Through Christ your best is about to happen!
Prayer: Holy Spirit guide me so that I should joyfully follow where the Lord leads. Amen!
Have a blessed day! Peace be with you!
