“Abide With The Word Of Life!”(Dt.32:44-47).
Good morning good friends. My people say feign death to know those who will truly mourn for you when you are dead. Your response to our invite to fundraise yesterday has shown us that you have our back. May the good LORD replenish you bountifully.
Our time on earth is very brief. We all know it for a truth; yet we keep busying ourselves accumulating this and that as if we are going to live forever.
What legacy are you going to bequeath to posterity? Before his exit from this world Moses sang a song to all Israel. After singing the song he told them: “Take to heart all the words I solemnly declare to you this day, so that you may command your children to obey carefully all the words of the law – they are your life. By them you will live long in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess.”
I’m not going to say much today. Suffice it to let this song of Michael W. Smith be our inspiration today?? Yes, the word of God is life.??
Holy words long preserved
for our walk in this world,
They resound with God’s own heart
Oh, let the Ancient words impart.

Words of Life, words of Hope
Give us strength, help us cope
In this world, where e’er we roam
Ancient words will guide us Home.

Ancient words ever true
Changing me, and changing you.
We have come with open hearts
Oh let the ancient words impart.

Holy words of our Faith
Handed down to this age.
Came to us through sacrifice
Oh heed the faithful words of Christ.

Holy words long preserved
For our walk in this world.
They resound with God’s own heart
Oh let the ancient words impart.

Ancient words ever true
Changing me, and changing you.
We have come with open hearts
Oh let the ancient words impart.

Ancient words ever true
Changing me, and changing you.
We have come with open hearts
Oh let the ancient words inpart.

We have come with open hearts
Oh let the anciet words impart.

Yes, my friend. Let the ancient words impart and let us pass it on to our children.
Prayer of the week: Holy Spirit prompt me daily to read and abide with the word that reveals the Word of life. Amen!
Welcome back to a new working day and week! Have a blessed day and week! Peace bevwith you!
