“Stay Away From The Things That The LORD Hates!”(Prov.6:12-19).
“A troublemaker and a villain, who goes about with a corrupt mouth, who winks maliciously with his eye, signals with his feet and motions with his fingers, who plots evil with deceit in his heart— he always stirs up conflict. Therefore disaster will overtake him in an instant; he will suddenly be destroyed—without remedy. There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.”

Family of God, the Holy family, it’s another Sunday. For those who are able, let us go into our Father’s house to receive his blessings.
Let us on each Sunday be reminded by David, “I was glad when they said, ‘Let us go into my Father’s house, I was glad when they said let us go into the house of the Lord.'”
Our central message has always been a reminder that we are faced with choices. We have to depend on the Holy Spirit to help us make the right choice.
Our choices notwithstanding, there are always consequences for the choices we make.
There is a direct consequence when we make a choice of disobedience. “The wages of sin is death.”
There is no peace for the wicked! God has not put an end to retribution. We carry the scars of the choices we make to our graves. And if they were evil, disaster will overtake you in an instant, and you will suddenly be destroyed without remedy.
In this life, “You reap what you sow!”
Dear friends, let us ask the Spirit to guide and guard us so that we do not suffer the consequences of the destructive choices we made by sowing seeds of discords, assainating people’s characters, betraying the innocent and bearing false witnesses.
Sunday prayer: Holy Spirit, help and inspire us to work for world peace by being the solution and not part of the problem in our neighbourhood. Amen!
Have a blessed Sunday! Peace be with you!
