“…we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and for the love you have for all the saints- the faith and love that spring from the hope that is stored up for you in heaven and that you have already heard in the word of truth, the gospel that has come to you. All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among you since the day you heard it and understood God’s grace in all its truth…”
What is it they have heard about you? Is it worth writing home about? Can it serve as a testimony to enhance the spread of the gospel?
Is the gospel bearing fruit among you and growing since the day you heard it and understood God’s grace in all its truth?
Hearing the gospel is one thing – and the church is full of hearers. What matters is hearing it and understanding God’s grace in all its truth!
False teachers and their teachings is not based on lack of understanding of God’s grace. When we understand God’s grace in all its truth, we become free from error.
Prayer: Holy Spirit insprire us to solidify our faith by understanding God’s grace in all its truth. Amen!
