“Come To Jesus With Faith And Be Freed From Your Suffering!”
In a crowd around Jesus was a woman “who had been subject to bleeding for twelves years. She had suffered a great deal under the care of many doctors and had spent all she had, yet instead of getting better she grew worse.”
Motivated by a deep-seated conviction that, “If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed”, she waded her way through the crowd and touched Jesus’ cloak. “Immediately her bleeding stopped and she felt in her body that she was freed from her suffering.”
As soon as the woman touched Jesus, “Jesus realised that power had gone out from him.” When he turned round to ask who had touched him, it was like a foolish question to his disciples. How could people be crowding against him and yet he still asked, “Who touched me?”
Jesus knew what he knew and the healed woman knew what Jesus was talking about. She “came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth.”
Jesus said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering”(Mk.5:21-34).
Dear friend, what is that sickness, problem which has been troubling you for long and has cuased you to spend everything you had? Are you convinced that Jesus can free you of it? If you are convinced, push your way through the crowd (church) and have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through reading the scriptures, prayer, fasting and living a godly life. You will find the presence of Christ in your life when his spiritual energy flows into you! Fight your way through the crowd to touch the cloak of Jesus! Come to Jesus with faith and be freed from your suffering!
Prayer: Holy Spirit hold my hand through the crowd so that I can touch Jesus and receive healing. Amen!
Have a blessed day! Peace be with you!
