“Be Faithful To The Lord In All Circumstances!” (Dan.26).
The story of Daniel in the lion’s den is popular even amongst unbelievers. The lesson of the story is that if you remain faithful to God, he will protect you from all dangers.
Faithfulness to God and assiduity in service attracts jealousy from lazy haters who will plot evil against you.
But even when you are thrown in the den of lions, God will send his angels to shut the mouth of the lions. Rather, your accuser s are the ones who will be eaten by the lions.
It is rewarding to remain faithful to the Lord, no mather the time and place. God will save you from whatever is your lion’s den! Whoever plans evil against a faithful child of God is the one to suffer the consequences. No degree of persecution should derail you from your faithfulness to the Lord.
Prayer of the week: Holy Spirit help me to remain faithful to the Lord not withstanding the circumstances. Amen!
